MATTING POLICY

If a dog's coat is matted, tightly knotted or cannot be safely brushed out, the coat may need to be clipped off short.

The groomer will always prioritise the dog's comfort, welfare and safety rather than attempting to preserve a coat that cannot safely be de-matted.

A matting fee will apply where additional time and work is required because of matting or severe knots.
